My name is Mila and I'm a psychologist and a four-time immigrant with a background in business. My previous work experiences overlapped with 10+ years of training in psychology and psychotherapy, which helps me relate to clients juggling responsibilities and priorities of multiple roles, while navigating the stresses of everyday life as immigrants in a challenging socioeconomic reality.
My integrative approach blends psychology, cognitive-behavioral theory, coaching, and Somatic Experiencing® to help clients build resilience, explore attachment patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and develop self-awareness and adaptive coping strategies. I believe lasting change requires bridging insight with embodied, felt experience.
My clients describe me as grounded, attuned, warm, and calming. I support adults through relationship issues, life transitions, conflict, grief, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and related physical symptoms, tailoring my approach to each person's unique circumstances.
